The speaker's statement is unfair, actually the resources available is different for every one. Resources such as money, energy, education, politics, water, food, medicine are unbalance in the world. Even in a city the public resources as space, security measure, fire hydrant, are different for every one.

In physical, The resources available to people is limited, Most people are restricted to a certain circumstance, Its likely that the minority control the power of using the resources like money, land, political tool, etc. Take China for example, statistics indicate that 80 percent people have only 20 percent of the nation's wealth. The minority occupy most of the resources, and the majority can only use in a limited circle. When people face the crisis, such as SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome), mad cow panic, Bird flu, common people can only wait for the government to help them while the privilege have money or power to get the necessary medicine. In education, the privations may no have the opportunity to enter university since the tuition is so expensive for them to bear. Although the government provides a loan for students, resources available to impecunious students are still limited.

In moral, People try their best to overcome difficulties in crisis. It is said that the potential of human being is unlimited. We will never use out our brains. There is evidence show that common people often use no more than 15 percent of their capability. An ancient general had said that "Soldiers can bring out their best while they don't have the way to retreat". In history, many general break the bridge to inspire the morale and won the war in the finally. In South Korea people show their solidarity that surprise all the world in the Finance crisis in 1997.People only utilize a little of their moral resources, I believe our human can make more and more miracle if we make use of more portion of our moral resources.

Although people can do more than the usually do, people's moral need to meet the regulation of the environment, often they get into the crisis before they recognize they have the ability to escape it. The environment has a powerful influence on people's behavior. for instance, One of my friend will graduate this year, he know it would be a crisis since he don't have many certificate like other students in his class, although he have to ability to get the certificate such as ACCA, CFA, but the expensive register fee exceed his family's revenue. Finally, he needs to waive the exam.

In sum, more resources should be assigned to common people rather than minority who have the privilege. Because of inequality, many people could not use the resources that they deserve to share. And at the same time, People should train the ability to cope with the crisis, which will help them to expand the potential that never explode when facing crisis.
