In the ceaseless history of human, education ushers in a flowery civilization. There was a time when education can be regarded as a luxury and only aristocrats could boast, but nowadays, in this new era, education have been one of most inevitability in the world, cultivating the children, and preventing the world from barren. Notwithstanding, there are a myriad of people who still under a hallucination that education will exactly effective only when it cater everyone's needs, and from my point of view, this is not the case at all.

It is mass education that cultivates most of intellectuals in the world. Mass education, which is employed by most countries in the world, is aim to promote the most ordinary people, and this formula have been proved to be the best way to instill the student in students' adolescent time. It indoctrinates all sorts of disciplines to students and goes to great length to make full use the knowledge. It has long been said this formula ruin the future offspring, but the states quo told us that intellectuals or ordinary persons, nine out of ten, in this world received this kind of formula, what is more, they are perpetually making contribution to our wonderful world. Scientists, statesmen, artists and people of all the occupation in the society, most were brought up by mass education, and scientists make our world more comfortable, statesmen give us a better environment, and artists endow us with a romantic and beautiful life, which accumulated the world we cherished. Isn't it proved to be effective for all the mankind? Absolutely. Moreover, so tight of the national budget that chances are remote that education can be designed to meet every student’s need, and since the public resource is limited and whenever it would be occupied a great many social resources, should education cater the students. Otherwise, rest, some more urgent social problems, will not be settled and eventually lead to disorder and the catastrophe in the society. Thus, even the education could be imaginary more effective in the society, the current mass education have proved to be effective enough, as well as balanced our national budget.

True, There are rare instances when prodigies have to be tailored for specific education in the society. When education cater individual, it could be dig out the profundity of the students' interest and genius, and the teacher could be more responsible and deeply familiar with students' talents, thus empower students the very opportunity to achieve success. Thanks to their talent mind, if they are not rightly led, the mass education would be likely snuff out their bright future or unawaredly force them to go to extreme, albeit they may be still longing for the knowledge. Nonetheless, there are many institutes in the world tailored to educate prodigies. But, this could not be necessarily proved that tailored education is compatible with most ordinary people. Most of us are in the possession of average IQ and EQ, on the contrary, the exceptional examples above may acquire much higher than average IQ but lower than average EQ, thus, these institutes are irresistible for them otherwise would definitely eliminate their talent. Even though, there maybe only several child prodigies grow up with final success while most of these genius end up with common life. Consequently, tailored education may seem to be better, but the reality told us that don't make sense.

Retrospectively, of what import is the education if it occupy other welfare of the country for the sake of so called "truly effective", if tailored education eventually prove to be waste, if it turn back time and reduce in the privilege of the aristocrat. Despite some rare circumstances, it is already effective for most people to receive current mass education.
