Will education be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, as the speaker asserts? As far as I am concerned, the adage says that the interests are the best teacher for human beings. Therefore, when it comes to the education and individual need and personal interests, I fundamentally agree with the speaker, although sometimes the students should consult the educators and experts for the sake of his or her better development.

The first reason that I agree with the speaker has to do with that students can have the chance of develop according to his or her own interests and personal needs. An appealing example is that if a student prefers painting to mathematics, while he/she has to spend most of his time on music, algebra, geometry, and so forth. The result is that these kinds of courses may not only waste his/her precious time and energy, but impede development on painting. On the contrary, if a student like mathematics, while he/she should attend too much courses in arts, such as music, painting, literature, etc, his capacity may also decrease by spend too much time on the courses, which he dislikes.

Although personal needs and interests of each student is important, educators should take different measures on student due to student's age. Firstly, before the students enter college or university, educators should arrange various courses for students so that they acquire the fundamental knowledge and theory on various fields. As it is a important process for students to mater general knowledge, educators should require students learn different kind of knowledge by attending courses and practicing more.

On entering college and university, the educators should exert to meet the students needs and interests. At this stage, students have mastered enough knowledge and theory so that they can devote to some field, which they like best. Therefore, educators should give student the right to learn what they want to do, and prepare enough materials, such as the libraries for looking for the original data, laboratories for fully understanding the knowledge and theory. A telling example is that if an student, who are interested in Computer Science, does not have the chance to contact and use computer; a student, who are willing to study chemistry, cannot use the laboratory, even worse, he/she should spend most of time to attend literature and music. Common sense tells us that the development of these two students will be impeded by the inappropriate education.  However, if the educators can provide that student, who prefers to Computer Science, with the corresponding courses such as data structure, the theory of compiling, algorithm designing, and computer, I think he will make great progress in computer science. In other words, only when education can satisfy student's need, student can make great progress.
  
In the finally analysis, only if the education is specifically designed to meet the need of student, can student make rapid progress and thus contribution to our society. What's more, educators should also give students appropriate advice in order to make sure student maintain the right attitude toward the merits of himself and society so that they can better serve our society for the future when they grow up.

1.body的结构好像不太好。段2讨论学生，段3讨论before college的学生，段4讨论college students。让步段是段3吗？放在段2，4之间不合适。
2."On the contrary, if a student like mathematics,"跟前一个例子相差不大，只是换了学科，稍嫌重复。
3。还有一些语法错误，比如“if an(a)student,who are(is)interested",可以先用word查一下。
4.before college 和college student 应该使用不同的education想得很好，是个好的切入点。
