In this sense, I insist that both individual and a team are important in the process of innovation, and individual is not superior to a team.

To begin with, undoubtedly, more often than not it is individual who puts forward an original idea at first. And there are several reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, compared a team, one person have no much rules to limit their behavior. In other words, his mind is much freer. Under this circumstance, he/she can think about problems he/ she met in any view. A good case can be given is Einstein, who found the great law of relativism. During his period, while most people studying physics did their research in the reign Newton's classical force, Einstein thought problems in an original view and put forward that light would be bent when it transport in the space, the theory which cannot be accepted by his contemporaries. Of course, after several decades, people recognized the accuracy of this theory and his further law of relativism, which brings new sunlight for the development of physics. Secondly, since there are so many people in a team, it is hard for them to put forward an original idea together. Considering different people hold various viewpoint, even someone in a team thinks out a new idea, oppositions from his coworkers will kill this mind before it was put forward in a specific form. On the contrary, although individual's innovation may met doubt from outside just as When Einstein put forward his relativism, in the world only one people except himself understood it, if he /she himself/herself want to insist, he/her can go on his research on this side until it is accepted by others.  Therefore, individual has special superiority to a team in putting forward a new idea, and it is no strange that it is always an individual who is the impetus for innovation.

On the other hand, the details of an innovation need teamwork. While it is true that individual impede the innovation, without other's help it is impossible for one person to accomplish such innovation no matter how clever he/she is. As we know, teamwork have its apparent merits. Just as an old Chinese saying gives: two heads are better than one. It is undoubtedly that in the process of doing research, a team will meet millions of difficulties. If they can cooperate closely, in the end they can beat those problems. In addition, when one member of a group feel distrusted, others in his/her team can encourage him/her and give him/her the confine. What is more, considering details of an innovation are so complex that only a team can accomplish it as soon as possible. Otherwise, by virtue of one person's effort, even if he does research in his left time, he may not accomplish it. In this sense, details must be worked out by a team and teamwork play an important role in the innovation.
