According to the argument, in response to the fewer people attended movies and the increasing of favorable comments by movie reviewers about specific Silver Screen movies produced by Silver Screen during the past year than in any other year Silver Screen should spend more of its budget next year on reaching the publick through advertising and less on producing new movies.The arguer makes a hasty conclusion about the argument.There is not sufficient evidence for the conclusion.

First of all,it can not be concluded definitely that the advertising is the only reason for the fewer people attended movies by Silver Screen,which may be caused by several other reasons.Perhaps the quantity of movies made by Silver Screen last year is smaller than any other year,so there may be fewer people attended movies.It is possible that the economy of the city is slipping down and people there have not extra money to enjoy life out of the range of working.Maybe people in the city were working hard last year so that they have not enough time to see a movie.It is also possible that the tickets of Silver Screen were elevated last year and movie lovers prefered to buy video tapes to see at home instead to save some money for other enjoyments.

The movie reviewers about specific Silver Screen might work for Silver Screen or they might be some relevent with Silver Screen.For example,some of the movie reviewers are employee of Silver Screen.So the favorable comments by movie reviewers about specific Silver Screen movies is in doubt and needed to be discussed.Whether or not they made comments for their own advantages needed to be checked.In addition,presuming that the movie reviewers are disinterested,the arguer fails to reason the possibilities that movie lovers don't believe in them.Movies which are prefered by movie reviewers  may not be the first chooses of movie lovers.

Spending more of its budget next year on reaching the public through advertising and less on producing new movies might have no effect on the movie awareness of public.Maybe most people there don't like to watch television,in which case there is little chance to propagate the movies.Also there are so many advertisements all over the country.Some of them are inductive.Maybe many movie lovers were once misleaded so they may never follow the advertising.In addition,if the Silver Screen will reduce in producing new movies there will be less movies made each year and they may have even less chance to have other people know their movies.

In conclusion,the arguer fails to evaluate other alternative reasons for the less awareness of people.The arguer should consider the effect of the movie reviewers and advertisements.The argument will be enforced on the basis that the arguer enlisted sufficient evidence for the conclusion and the credibility of the movie reviewers.
