Nowadays there are many social problems all over the world,such as criminal,racial discrimination ect.We are faced with ifficulties that we have not experienced ever.The ability of human being to solve the problems is more and more crucial.To establish a global university which major function is to solve social problems seems to be very in need to us.Students from all the countries can study together and communite with each.However,not all the countries have enough money to support the global university,also every country has her own social problems,which needed to be treated seperatedly.

As we all know social problems are growing very shrewd.Highly criminal ratio exists all over the world.Especially youth criminal,there are more and more youths who have left school take part in some criminal parties.They play around everyday doing nothing.At night they may have drugs in clubs,rob people on the street or steal money from the walkers.But what they should do now is to study in high schools or colleges,what makes them like this now?I think is the social problems which should be solved as soon as possible.If we establish a global university,there will be a lot of people studying there in purpose to solve the social problems.

However,the problems of each country may be different more or less.There may be much more social problems in developed countries than developing countries.Criminal may be a larger part of social problem in one country and a smaller part in another.If we treat them all the same maybe the efficient of solving problems will be not high enough.So if all the students from their countries study the same course in the global university they may not have an emphase to solve their own countries social problems.

Also,not all the countries have enough money to give financial support the the global university,especially for developing countries.They may have much more other problems to solve.There may be poverty in the country.People there have not enough food to eat or they still have no place to live in.What they want is not a global university,they need food and houses to live on.

To sum up,a global university is surely to be established with the increasing of social problems.People in the university may study a lot about the social problems of the whole world,they can study together,communicated with each other and share their thoughts.The efficiency of studying will be great.However,we should see that social problems in different countries are distintive,they should be treated differently.Also developed countries may have enough money to support but developing countries may not.
