论点：无论人们意识与否，丑闻在我们这个社会中都扮演着一个积极的角色。
B1，通过丑闻的暴露揭露了一些事情的真相，引起了大众的广泛关注，因而有利于问题的解决。
B2，丑闻的另一个积极的影响在于，出于对丑闻的恐惧，许多名人对自己的行为进行了有效的自我约束。
B3，让步，承认对丑闻的过分关注不但无助于问题的解决，反而会对当事人和公众造成伤害。
结论：尽管丑闻就其自身而言是消极的，但却能产生积极的影响；因此对丑闻给予适当的关注是必要的。

Living in a world where people ceaselessly  hear about all kinds of scandals,political leaders cheating the public,proffessors fabricating certification of their degrees,or sports stars having drugs inorder to win the games,nearly all elitesin in this society are in an extreme worry,being afraid that themselves would  right be the person in the next scandal.However,whether we have been concious of it or not,scandals do play a positive role in our society in many cases,from which we see the truth of something,and which are also a reanson why celebrities confine themselves even with dominance in their realm  .

First of all,scandals successfully attract the attention of public on problems,which deadly need to be solved,in particular ways different from what reformers or speakers do,leading to the solution of these problems.In other words,sometimes we can know the truth of significant events just because of the revealing of scandals.Take the notorious Slaves Abusing in Iraq for example.Before the uncover of this scandal,only were people told the bright sight of what American soldiers did in Iraq,while with it gradually exposed to the public,the masses began to appreciate the war in Iraq more completely and objectively,and more begin to question the justice and legitimacy of this war,as they had received a true picture about what happened there rather than simply from the address given by the political leaders.It is obvious that the public would hardly have access to the fact of something without the exposition of scandals for the concealment by persons controlling authority.Besides,compared with the claim of reformers or speakers,the problems exposed in a scandal is more likely to be noticed by the public,for its great shock to every person in the society,arousing awareness of people on the serious ness on problems, which is helpful to the the ultimate solution of these problems.

In addtion,another positive effect of scandals lies in that many elites in our society regulate their behaviors self-consciously thanks to fears of  suffering scandals.For the huge damage of scandals to the reputation of celebrities, a myriad of people do not dare to break the regulation of the society,and carefully avoid making mistakes in moral or in behaviors.As Doctor Liu, the head of  sociology in my univercity HIT,said,"The worry of scandals has been a effective constraint to most famous people in all domains of our socity,from political leaders to officers  in the goverment,from popular stars to professors in univercity,who would do anything they would like to without the danger enmeshed in scandals."This is true, because more than once,quite a few well-known persons expressed the ideas that they were law-abiding citizens, so they requested  the media would not interrup them to put them in to scandals. From this point of view,it is the appearance of scandals that confines the behaviors of some celebrities in a sense.

Nevertheless,it must be admitted that too much attention placed on scandals brings no help but is rather harmful,whether to the person in scandals or to the public,especially when they are used under some contemptible aims,such as a tool to attack adversaries.For instance,during each election, some candidites do their best to search information about their competitors to foke scandals with an expect destroying  reputation of them and winning the election finally by the unjust method.However,most so called scandals here is about the privacy of other candidates, and  not only does the behavior greatly hurt persons whose privacy is invaded but also is waste of engery and time to the public who could pay their attention on something more valuable.

In sum,althouth scandals themselves are negative,surely the exposition of them brings positive effect in many cases, for its advantages on both attracting people's attention on the truth of some events and constraining behaviors of celebrities.Keeping appropriate attention on scandals,without doubt,is of great advance to solve some crucial problems at present in our society.
