Could video camera preponderate over written records in today's documentation? Admittedly, video materials provide more accurate and convincing records than written ones; however, hardly could the former surpass the latter.

Compared with paper-based records, video documentation undoubtedly offers people a more genuine and effective prospect. There are three reasons contributing to that edge. First, with the tape, certain events could be precisely reviewed by those who want to find some clues behind it. A clear example would be the criminal case investigations by the police who would be able to find some covert but convincing tracks valuable for cracking down gangs. However, this merit would be dwarfed when written evidence was regared. Second, cameras could vividly display the scene for those who could not got the opportunity to see it live, yet words and languages would seem comparatively pale. Nowadays if one try to record his or her wedding ceremony as family archive, it is believable that the video would be mostly likely the option. Last but not the least, as the information technology industry develops, cameras, including digital ones, would play a more and more important role in news broadcasting. With the help of this video materials, some kind of tremendous natural disasters, like the tsunami happened in Southeast Asia this year, could be shown the exact point on TV worldwide just a day after it took place; those effect would not be achieved by paper and pen, for there might be devoid of time either to find them for recording immediately or in making up the broadcasting program.

Then could we conclude that the video records have become more important than the written ones? Of course not. The latter also has many advantages deserving deliberations. For one thing, the words have their gifted ability to inspire one's creativity of images describing in the context. For instance, literal documents could retrospect from Cesar to Clinton, from Asia to America, from alpha to omega, with concise and certain words. In contrast, the video would limit people's focus on certain frames. For another, video could not offer the profound thought or idea one could enjoy from the lines. Not simply illustrate the paper documents  what happened but also why it took place. Without these written words, camera could be no more than a Xerox machine or an eloquent parrot. In addition, video materials might be costly, or even prohibitive sometimes, as an usual form of documentation compared to paper records. As a result, written records have their own importance as a basic form of documentation which could be replaced by any other alternative even in contemporary life.

In conclusion, the video camera does provide more accurate, vivid and immediate form of document than does the written words. Nevertheless one could not deny that paper based records endow people with profound background knowledge and viewpoints . So written records never live out the true meaning of its destiny even compared with video today, and people ought to take full advantage of both of them as important documentation forms.

没有背过范文，是说优点不明显了（dwarf使显得小）

如果见过就可以用.没有见过就不要用.至少我查google没有这样的用法.

live 做实况转播做后值定语是adj,, 不能做adv 这里修饰it ,代词不能用形容词修饰.把it 改成programs
