答案当然是选Ｂ，可是我就是看着后面那个being很别扭．这里有什么省略的东西吗？

我觉得
本来这里是应该用be动词的，但是前面已经出现一个谓语了，一个句子有且只能有一个谓语，所以就用being

Nowadays, mass media, which conclude television, newspapers, magazines and so forth, have played an undeniable role in today's society. The reports of personal lives of famous people such as public figures and celebrities just like politician, pop singers and Sports and movie stars often flood our sight. Nevertheless, it is precise to criticize the mass media for paying too much focus on the personal lives of famous individuals.

First of all, a successful public figure earning millions even billions of dollars relies on the reports of television and newspapers concerning with him or her. Their new songs, movies, books and their arrivals at some places or occasions are transmitted by mass media to let people know and then bring them benefit. It is hard to separate their personal lives from "public" lives because they may have chance to appear in media's attention at any time and any places. For example, how do we define The Prince of Wales Charles’ marriage a private or public event?

Secondly, among all of the reasons why so much attention is paid on the private lives, the taste of public has priority. Such is human nature that a great many people are not only willing but positively eager to know the things of famous people's private lives. SO, it is no surprise to understand that mass media industry, being inherently commercial, report personal details of celebrities so badly in that their customers want to see or read them. In that case, it is better to say the public pays too much attention to the personal lives of famous people than to criticize the media do.

Granted that a lot of attention has been paid to celebrities' private lives and their personal lives can be separated clearly, the public is more interested in their negative ones than the opposite. Kobe Bryant sexual assault case, Graf's father's tax evasion, Michael Jackson's child molestation …these reports are more attractive to the public than the counterpart that some celebrities donate to charity, or a politician helps a blind girl to find her lost Barbie doll. The public figures often show their positive aspects instead of showing the opposite which render the public curious with the negative information. And the mass media cater them.

In conclusion, it is oversimplification to say mass media pay too much attention to the personal lives of famous people. I prefer: they pay too much attention to the negative aspects of their private lives. And more positive ones should be reported.

我觉得就是说这个牙刷既然这么贵,那个公司肯定有它的理由,或者说那个公司在某地方下了成本,虽然贵,牙刷还是有人买,(有些人买是因为知道这个牙刷值那个价,有些人则是充富) 不过我不能理解那个many是怎么推出来的

刚才查了一下 selling有贱卖的意思 答案出来了 好像是b??^_^
