我不是很确定，个人觉得complexity前面要加个the吧，complexity是个单数可数名词，前面应该要有冠词．其他高手觉得呢？

因为access 在这里有实际的意思“到达”，用accessible就没有表示动作的词了，所以只能选A，是目的状语
