For instance, Teaching in the class is the first step（干什么的第一步？）（如果是后面的从句，则不妨不用好，用of helping students―――可能更好）, which help students have an elementary view about them should learn. After that teacher will leave some homework to students and they could have a chance to review the knowledge（将知识写成更具体的东西会更好些，什么样的知识，又起到例证之效）, and the things（同样用具体的来代替things好些） they learned（learn是学会了，这里用study好些） will be more clearly（这个用词不太好） and will not be forget easily. With the final exam in the end of the semester, it （it是什么指代？）will test if the students （had，时态问题）gain what teachers （同前）told, and the exam is also a compelling way to force students who do not want to study to remember some basic knowledge. By these series of methods, students can get some useful stuff whether they（ have interesting to it）？.（后面都不要，否则节外生枝，甚至跑题） Furthermore, Teaching is a job for those professional educators that they earn the money from the government. Cultivating and teaching is their responsibilities.

我不想继续说什么，但请你记住，不要以为社会是多么不公平。社会是很现实的，但却很公平的。我想教育一下你，你经历的东西太少，是父母的遮护下成长起来的一代，虽然我也是这一代中的一员，但我的阅历告诉我，只有拼命才能赢，才能受到社会的尊重。
还有一点，我提醒你，父辈的拼搏给子女带来的幸福是公平的，即使子女什么都没做，而与这类人好好交往，对你一生受益无穷。
