H: Hi, so, your name is rodmace?（同时还用手指点着申请表）

M: 这个问题我是准备好的，然后把game theory的东西说了说 (我说的时候，院长不时点头，当时心里挺美，其实院长那会正想下面的问题呢……)

H: Good, what do you think of the implications of game theory in business?

M:这个虽然没准备，但是毕竟学过，还是应对比较自如

M: 这个问题就难了，哥们我不是专业研究game theory 的啊，这小子跟这个干上了，当时觉得汗就要下来了，不过还是混乱说了很多，这个问题回答的比较失败

M: 857。。。。。（这个问题是我很熟，毕竟自己做过的东西）

M:（没想到这么细致的问题）后面几个还是关于data的，我们讨论这个问题很长时间

8 ?, @3 N0 Q. l5 N) b- AH: （突然话锋一转）他从来不推荐学生读phd，太苦了，说phd简直就是life changing
experience，说了半天（我当时竟然开始犯困，不过突然来的一个问题我一下醒了）what is your motivation

/ q8 y! X2 X+ H) `% EM: （当时就是努力回忆自己写的ps，照大概情况说了，其中还填油加醋的）

后面因为我自己发挥，院长大人和我又有了一段关于家庭，中国对管理的认识等等的讨论，总之是有点跑题。不过院长还是院长，很快就拨乱反正了

; {1 }, K. i  QM:（因为当时还沉浸在跑题的话题中，没有特别重视这个问题，很失策!）申请以前我做过调查，喜欢reading的环境，氛围等等（这个问题大家一定多准备，个人觉得很重要）

H: What is the most serious disadvantage of reading in your list while you were doing your research for application?

M: （这个问题听了就蒙了一下，都练习的是怎么夸reading了，没想过不好的地方啊）只好说是没觉得什么问题。（我当时的回答非常不冷静！最好以后面试前想好一些学校存在的不足，这样更说明你对学校做过细致的研究）

H: I think the main problem is we don’t have any scholar who conduct
% |0 ^- g' c2 L8 G" Gresearch in your area, but Dr. AAA does focus on marketing.（当时听了很失望啊,

M: I contacted with Dr.AAA, his research interests include the history of branding, rather than seting up models.

supervisors to a phd student, one of them shares research interests

H: What results are you expected to get from your further research? What implications can you get from the results?

H: great! You know what, we expect each phd student publish at least 4
3 ~- m/ R2 }8 J' ?9 h. t: z: Fpapers in the three year study. One focuses on methodology you used,
one….(4个论文发表，疯了！)

H: Sorry, our meeting has to be finished before 2:45. Do you have any questions for me?

3 _+ ~5 }& b3 I7 r最后就握手再见了，后来还给报销了路费和饭费 

3 g8 u# r/ O' w/ o0 |! z; w面试一共40多分钟，专业问题问的很细致，我觉得自己准备还是不充分。个人认为要准备主要是这样几个地方：



1.        以前学过的课程
$ m# v; p9 S! _
2.        PS里面的内容，最好能背下来部分重要环节，省的像我还要现回忆
2 q1 A+ w6 N( m7 T
3.        research proposal里面的内容。这个是最核心的，整个面试，大多数的问题都围绕这个进行
3 Y# t' E. B) Q- k; N5 m" [: k
8 y) F3 P0 j( k' {( S* a4.        对学校的综合考虑，要能说出自己为什么来这里，觉得好在什么地方，有什么问题

5.        准备几个出彩的问题，最后让对方印象深刻！

6.        心理和语言。面试不用紧张，老师都很和蔼，可以穿插些轻松话题，活跃气氛。
