Sorry, I can not use Chinese because of this XXX machine. I have some little suggestion just for your reference.

1.        Do not waste time on proving we are innocent. We can’t make it. If we do so, that’s only following that guy’s trick. As long as we can prove we lay out him with sound reason, his words against us will no longer be supported. What we need most urgently is a formal notice on our website to explain everything and our attitude for this.


2.        Correct the reason that we lay out that guy as a board manager as we received lawyer’s letter on his defamation on several Agencies (not only one) and he kept doing this irresponsible defaming against others after our formal notification to him. If necessary, show those letters on our board. I really wish we have done that notification to this guy and we have evidence for that. Did we?


3.        Explain why we can not mention those agencies’ name on our website and our attitude for this. We welcome everybody to disclose traps / pitfalls lying on way abroad, but we can not mention their name in our post unless we have solid evidence against them and are planning for sue. We really wish we can do more on this, but we are terribly sorry that we can not at this moment. The reason we are reluctant to disclose Agencies’ name which have cheating operations is not we have been grafted, but we are not ready for that, both suing or being sued. These are common sense in business.


4.        Do not just delete post and ban ID, leave some arguments or quarrel open to normal visitors can help them understand the happening, though it harm the peace a little.


5.        For a long time, I do feel we are too allergic to Taisha. New comers’ posts mention Taisha are often deleted. Sometimes they are with malicious intent, but in most time I guess they are not. We should give people’s freedom to give comments on us even these comments are bad. And we give a lot of trust to BMs or old members, but for new members we give little. We should be more open, otherwise we have no difference with the XXX.
