Then how do companies win their employees’ hearts? Hiring them for their entire lives is a good answer. The reasons are as follow.

Firstly, hiring employees for their whole lives would provide stable working conditions, which is very crucial to job-seekers in today’s competitive market. Thus employees will not worry whether they might get fired and can concentrate on their daily work. This way, the working proficiency can be exceedingly improved without compromising the companies’ profits.

The second point is that team spirit and morale can only come from long-time cooperation and interaction.
