39.adhere是不及物动词，要加to

34.its是指stock comany's,后半句诗说，表演常备剧目。
39.adhere to，固定搭配。应该算，and是并列结构的标志。
另，winner加the这码事有没有明白的？

12题，定语从句要有引导词who，如果是who be，才能略who, 而本句是won,不能略，所以A错误；表示身份的名词前面可以省略the,比如Mike，son of Old Mike,is...
34 its 表a troupe，你没看到谓语动词是performs（单数）吗？
39 平行结构的内容非常复杂，甚至不同时态都可以平行连接呢！如果要具体了结，最好找找新东方的语法笔记看看。
