我要要申请的学校的学院都是一样的么？不是像中国那样的各个大学的学员的名字都不同的么？
如果我的专业比较冷僻，应该如何？

1 no, it is different, you should fill in your table by the command//requests from your perspective college.
2 it is for the specific of your major, not your No, or name.
3 wirte down 99 as that stands for "not contented above"
