天津外院 ，貌似是另一套题

第一题，早上七点闹表没起来；8点来电话起来了；迟到了亡外赶；公车没赶上；到公司表10点了，老板生气了；又一早上，上了无数个闹表，7点钟终于起来了

第六题，should students use the computer to do things only related to their study?
第七题，a co-worker has to do a presentation in front of a large group of people and has problems. -to show you realize his problem, -give him tips when he's nervous, -give him confidence
第八题，deal with the voice message by a guest as the assistant of Deluxe Inn. a man left his reading glasses by his bed in his room507 and needed them for a convention at 10:30. (now it was 10:00. assistant just got the message after a morning meeting). the man was at the convention center desk and asked to have the glasses brought to him. 还说,don't care what it cost.不过好像没什么地方说，也没时间mention了
第九题flow chart好像是leave a message to give an update of the removal plan of office furniture. copies of survey sent; already looked through the furniture catelog; new orders not yet, tomorrow; removal of the old ones been taken care of by Tom, 叫一个什么cherity group to do it as soon as it's ready; 好像还有一项忘了
flow chart里头好像经常有说的东西和给的信息顺序不一样的，要稍微注意一下的好；个人还觉得，flowchart 最好听清楚里面的人名要不说的时候有点郁闷
