it is my opinion. all is up to yourself!

to pursue master degree is better choice, you are apt to get the opportunity to transfer for a good university here.

美国三流大学的master definitely better than an job offer form 国内上海外企.
You can make 50k USD per year after graduation and have more development opportunities than
国内上海外企.

有好的工作机会，永远比读书好。当然，在工作，做公务员才是王道。

More info needed!

In general, if you are confident that you can find a job after graduation from US, it may be better to come here. It would be difficult to get 200k+/year in China, while here a MS typically makes around 60k/year. Again details matter, and I can only give you very general info since I do not know your specific background. Good luck.
