          男生向女生建议到楼下干什么，是用微波炉来做的（我看了版上的讨论方知是爆米花？），女的说我还在用电脑做一个有趣的project，恰好跟微波炉有关系，是关于处理wastes的新方法。传统的bury法会污染环境（水质？），而微波炉处理后就safer了。但具体为什么我没听清，当时刚好和老师对了一下眼神，汗！最后男的劝女的一起去，女的说好吧，但只有a few minutes，然后我还要回来继续完成我的paper.（36和37题欢迎纠正）

Part C

C1：出生婴儿的辨别能力是很强的，尤其是六个月大的时候。有人做实验把不同的monkey表情给六月大婴儿看，发现他们对没有看到过的表情stare的时间更久，说明他们有辨别表情的细微差别的能力。而且脑电波的实验也证明了这个结论。不过随着年龄的增长，他们就只对周围中经常出现人的面孔感兴趣了，失去了以前那种精细的辨别能力。婴儿对声音的感觉也有一样的规律，小时候能辨别很细微的声音，大了以后就只注意经常出现的声音了。

C2：flowering plant的起源一直困扰着人们，幸好我们不久前发现了这个plant 的fossil。由于在同样类型的fossil里也发现了鱼的存在，因此推测flowering plant的ancestor应该是aquatic的，就想现在的seaweed一样。但是化石里的植物有delicated 的stem，花在branches上面开。并且经过推断这种植物有很short的life cycle

              45，这个答案很模糊，根据delicated的判断应该是选有thin stem

C3：谈Victorian时期的建筑。当时经济的发展带来新建筑的发展，例如transportion的发展要求有很大的terminus。Victorian有钱了以后喜欢让别人知道自己有钱，所以屋子装修得很豪华。而且有钱人会在市中心外建房子，前较少的只好在suburban建房子。这篇听得也不太好。
