小弟的论文被一个国际会议接受了。We are pleased to inform you that after the peer-review process, your referenced draft paper has been accepted for oral presentation at the conference and the final paper after the revision will be published in the conference proceedings { Enformatika [Volume 13, May 2006 Transactions on Engineering, Computing and Technology] with ISBN/ISSN 1305-5313 }.
这个杂志是被SCI全文检索的。但是我没有那么多钱去付会议的费用。这篇文章是我一个人写的。想找第2作者和第3作者。我想发表费用第2作者承担250欧元第3作者150欧元。具体的可以跟我讨论。对于想出国的兄弟来说，有这么一篇论文绝对有很大的帮助的。
