儿童节签经总结:
1. 全奖最好也要准备资金证明, 我的奖学金是一年,够cover学费+生活费+保险费.但VO还是让我出示了个人资金.
2.别去太早了. 人超多. 要不搞得像我一样,早去了两个小时只有把秀水逛了一圈再接着等.MM最好穿舒服点的鞋子, 要知道签证等待是一个考验体力的过程.
3.就儿童节那天来说, 有特别水的10秒过的, 也有十五分钟被拒的. 所以还是充分点准备好. 我签的过程不太水. 但是我还是蛮开心,那个帅签证官还是挺好的.

详细对话如下:

VO:Sorry to have kept you wating for so long.
Me:That's OK. [smiling]
   [VO was looking at me with deep eyes. handsome!]
Me: Good afternoon![initiating the conversation]
VO: Good afternoon! How are you?
Me: Fine.[Acturally, I should say"Pretty good", that's more American...]
VO: So you are going to study. Which university?
Me: U of Pittsburgh. I will study Computer Science, Ph.D.
VO: Oh, Ph.D?[a little surprised. Maybe I look young and not like a scholar at all?]
Me: Yeah.
VO: Which school are you attending now?
Me: ***
VO: Can I see your admission letter?
Me: Sure. Here you are.
VO: Do you have school report transcript?
Me: Yeah. Here it is.
   [VO was looking at it very very carefully. Was he interested in my courses?
   Silence...I dared not say a word. ]
VO: OK. [nodding head] Have you got TOEFL record?
Me: Yes. And also GRE.[handing him my TOEFLfirst]
VO: Thank you.[saw "640"]. Oh, enough...
   [looking at my I-20 again] I saw you got full financial support.
Me: Yeah, that's right.[I thought he was going to let me pass soon,happy. BUT...]
VO: You see, the money the school provides you is near to the expense. Do you have any more money to get prepared when you arrive there?
Me: [I nearly faint! Financial problem!] Well, since I got full financial support, I did not prepare much. But I have a bank certificate with me, do you want to have a look?
VO: That's best.
Me: Please.
   [handing him the 10,0000RMB certificate, dated just a few days ago.Nervous!]
   [VO looked at it carefully, and shaked his head a little. OH MY GOD! Will he kill
   me? Suddenly he put down the document and looked at me again]
VO: what#$(^(^?
Me: Excuse me?
VO: what will you study in the future?
Me: You see, my major is Computer Science, and I will study the Database area in the future.
VO: what kind of %&%*%?
Me: [guessing the question] As a CS student, I have done some work in database. For example, in my sophomore year, I...
VO: what kind of research will you do at Pittsburgh?
Me: My future advisor told me that they are doing research on ...and I think I'll concentrate on these topics in the future.
VO: What kind of database will you devise?
Me: Multimedia database, wireless database, etc. And we'll also work on the parallel system and the ways to manage data such as data mining.[Intending to exclude all the sensitive words such as"bio"]
VO: What will do after graduation?
Me: When I gradute I'd like to come back to China. I'd like to do research on enterprises or research and teach at universities.
VO: OK.[nodding.smiling at me. I am relieved~]. That's done. Make sure I give all the things to you. Here you I-20, transcript, offical letter....[handing all the dpcuments to me]
Me: Thank you![rather happy]
VO: Enjoy your stay at Pittsburgh. [handsome!!!]
Me: Yeah, thank you. Have a nice day!
VO: Thank you!
Me: Good bye!
VO: Bye!
