I concede that education should be satisfied with each student's need and interest, which can encourage their creation and innovation to better serve the society. However, must education be effective when it meet every student's needs and interests, as the statement claims? I believe it is somewhat hastily on this subject. My point with the speaker is about the educational purpose and function.

Education is a tool to open student's mind to a broad space, in which there conceals creation and innovation for people's ability to do work or study efficiently and effectively. When consider about the aim of education, the most import one is to guide students to use their intellect to change themselves or the society. After assuring the aim, educators should recognize that the best method to study student is to dig out every student's ability underneath their heart and brain. Most of teachers would believe that the best teacher is to let students themselves to study what they want to learn. Interests and inclined to meet needs are preferring their requirements, while such this method includes problems. Only by providing totally freedom and confidence to students chasing their interests or needs cannot largely improve their aptitude, talents, or ingenious, which are the educator's finally accomplishment. For example, Bill Gates, the CEO of Microsoft corporation, has quitted his university after three years studying in Harvard. Facing some famous individuals, such as Bill Gates, schools have provided sufficient interests or needs to them. Yet, in these particular individuals' mind, the outside world is more interesting and appealing to them than the reverse tedious and even grim school. It might be that going out of school is better to them, though the result may be opposite to their hope. In short, although meeting the individual needs or interests of each student has implemented the aim of education, it is possible that it cannot mostly  improve student's purpose.

Another point about the education is its function, which is to substantially meet the needs of society. No matter what in business, government, companies, or even education institutions themselves, all the graduates are the quarries they want to absorb. However, only disciplines or subjects specifically designed to meet their needs in order to provide efficient graduates would create gap between society and schools. Students are still students who have not exact aim about their future life, and just any alluring from the society can change their interests or needs. All these requirements may be different from the social needs which the factory, companies, governments, or other organizations take care. However, with the easily changing of students' aim for their future, should schools specifically designed to meet their needs or interests in any time? Education's ultimate function is to meet the social needs.

In conclusion, the purpose and function of education has made it to meet social needs at first since each student finally will work out-school. After all, repaying society is their ultimate duty. With this responsibility and fascination, education could not be effective even if it has designed delicately to every student's needs and interests.
