Regarding your inquiry:

GRE score reporting is cumulative. Current GRE Board policy states that scores
are reportable for 5 years. Your scores are retained for the 5 testing years
following the testing year in which you tested.

GRE scores earned after October 1, 2000, are available. All scores earned
during this time will be reported to each institution you designate. You may
choose to send only General Test scores (report code 鈥淕鈥?, only Subject
Test scores (report code 鈥淪鈥?, only Writing Assessment scores (report code
鈥淲鈥?*, or any combination of the above, but you may not choose to have only
those scores from a specific test date reported.

Your score report will indicate your designated recipients and your cumulative
record reported at that time. However, your designated recipients will not
receive information concerning the other score recipients you have chosen.

飥?Analytical Writing scores from the standalone administration and/or Writing
Assessment scores earned October 1, 2000 to December 31, 2002.

To add, correct or change GRE score recipients on your registration form, make
the desired changes on the correction stub attached to your admission ticket.
Mail or fax the stub so that it will reach ETS no later than the Friday before
the test date for which you registered. You may also e-mail your corrections to
gre-info@ets.org. Any requests to add, delete or change score recipients
received after the Friday before the test date must be accompanied by $15.00
per institution.

We typically produce two copies for each designated institution. One copy is
sent to the central office designated by the institution. The other copy is
sent either in care of the same office or directly to the department.

If you have multiple departments to report your GRE scores within the same
institution, you may want to designate that separate department code to report
these scores to. However, we advise candidate's to contact their prospective
institutions and inquire about separate department mailing addresses and if you
should send your reports to the department or to the central office.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have some questions about sending the GRE score reports to schools.
Could
you please give me some information? Thank you very much:

  1. I took the general test on June and requested ets send the score to
fours schools. Since I will take the subject test on November and I want to
know whether the score could be sent to other four schools.  
  2. When you send scores to schools, will you send all the test scores I
have taken no matter when I took them? Or you will only send them separately?

3. If I request ETS to send scores to four schools after my subject
test, will you send the general test to the schools as well?

4. I have requested to send scores to four schools for my subject test
on my registration, but I think I want to change the schools. My subject test
will be on November. Can I change them by email?

5. When I filled in the table of recipients, I chose a subject number,
say, Mathematics. If I want to apply both mathematics and education in the same
school, is it required to send two reports to both subject?
