Leaders owning the power of governing or controlling their relevant spheres are supervised by the public. With respect to the question whether the leaders should be changed after a firm period, the statement asserts that this is necessary in order to success for any enterprise. However, in my view, I contend that the author broadly extends this issue to entirely fields and this should be analyzed case-by-case.

Admittedly, if the public grant much power to the leaders, most of the problems would be appeared and therefore destruct the accomplishments given by the predecessors. There is no doubt that the initial constructors of a company in the business world would do their best to improve their own company. And in this case, the exchanging for the leaders would not be necessary since the sponsors are responsible for the development of the whole company which is composed of various members. However, after the predecessors' retirement, the path to success for the company should be considered significantly since the new leaders cannot possess the relative emotion for the corporations. For example, there are lots of companies corrupted after the previous leaders. The reason for this strange phenomenon could be explained by the nature of the humans, greed and aggression. When a new leader comes to a new company, instant enhanced power inspired his or her craving for more power to accumulate more wealth. In this stage, the leaders are dangerous in governing the whole organization. From the above analysis, we could find that in the business world people should consider the condition of a company and make clear sense about their leaders. If they are the constructors and hold relatively responsible for the improvement of a company we could take it easy for his power. Nevertheless, when such these leaders have finished their obligations the newer means that stepping down after some years for the leaders should be adopted since this can improve the development of the company and even for the whole climate of the business world.

As for the politicians, the election of the nation's president could be best illustrated for my viewpoint. Common sense tells us that when a country is on the stage of an advanced level of civilization, all the leaders, no matter how they play the minor or major role in different areas would be strictly supervised by the public. However, in sometimes, the censors could not be easily given for these leaders and in this case people should make their best to find an optimum method to solve this problem. The solution to change the leader in a concrete period would be a best approach for continuing an organization or country's development. Although people would not be dubious about their elected leaders' moral or ethical standard, leaders are indeed the normal people who hold the greed and aggressive attitude about the life. Thus, regular changing for the leaders is necessary for the constant development of a political organization. In addition, the progress of a country or city should be constant instilled with fresh blood and innovation. Without these leaders’ maximize abilities used for every fields, the development of every organizations could not be best applied.

Through the above analysis this seems that the method of regular changing leaders could be the surest path to success for any enterprise. However, it is likely as the saying that not everything is so simple that a particular approach can solve it. Regular changing the leaders are not always successful. Consider, as the educational leaders for example, the development of the education is not a simple progress and this needs every faculty's endeavors. Imagining a leader has recently moved in a school and just projected a new plan for the improvement of students' grades. Unfortunately, in this time there is a new leader should change his position and eventually cancel his plan. If this will happen in a circulation after every new leaders in a school, then I would confidently the students' grades in this school will never be improved. This example illustrates that not every field could adopt the regular changing means for the success.

In conclusion, the speaker has oversimplified the means of changing leaders for the success of politics, education, business or other fields. We should hold a clear view about this method. Otherwise, the result might be otherwise.
