Me: when I was doing the transfer application, I was looking for the top school with top engineering program in U.S, since my major is Civil Engineering, it will be easy to get a job in China when I graduate from IVY school, like XXXl.
VO: 你以前是哪个学校的？
Me: XXXX University.

You were in this specific J1 exchange program, you made hardship on the coming people who want to participate in this J1 program, you hurt a lot of people and also this program.    You only think about yourself, right?

Me: sigh, well, yea. But I will definitely come back to China when I graduate from XXX, since I used to be J1, when I finish this F1 program, I still subject to the 2 years home country residence rule, I can not get working visa or something unless I go back to my country and stay for 2 years.

Vo: you may waive it.

Me: please trust me; I will be back when I graduate.

VO: how can I believe you?

Me: may I try again?

Vo: you may try as many as you want, thank you for your time.

Me: yes, last year I was an exchange student in XXX University.

Me: 1 year, that was last year.

VO: why you want to abandon this exchange program?
Me: well, I used t study in XXX University, it is fine, but XXX’s program fits me much more well, it does not only focus on the major course, but I will learn a lot of information in other areas, that is exactly what I need, so I want to transfer to XXX

我的感觉是说自己父母甚么的需要回国
J1转F1可行性我也不是很清楚，希望大家帮忙下下

那我说下我的想法
第一次是破坏项目，但是第二次没有说，他说是VO不干涉你教育权力
第二次是移民倾向，因此针对第二次的话，我认为那就消除移民倾向
也就是说我要回国
为什么要回国呢，研究生会有归国计划，他们是学到了东西甚么的归国，本科生没有这个问题
那到底是甚么回国计划呢
我觉得对于他的情况来说，父亲有公司，如果继承公司的话，然后该公司不可以国际化，也就是说他必须再国内做才可以，这样的话似乎有说服力点，大家认为呢？

我觉得首先是赴美F1必要性的问题，他在1000时就对为什么转F1去那个学校没有进行很好的表述，说得很空，而2000时在“why you want to abandon this exchange program?”这个问题上，又是说得很空

然后昨天有个大叔给我分析了下
首先J1签证里头是有对方提供奖学金的，也就是说F1自费对资金可以提出质疑，但是，从过程来看，对方没有看存款什么的，这个又是为什么呢
另外，J1在美学习，受到美国价值观的熏陶，因此可能会形成新的价值观，导致存在移民倾向，这个我觉得有点道理
还是觉得很晕啊，今天继续学习，呵呵

VO真正考察的是看你到底有没有清晰合理的规划，那么多人申请签证成功后，几个人会回来，VO心里也清楚。那为什么还要考察赴美必要性、资金、归国必然性呢？我个人认为，其实就是考察你是否有合理的规划，是不是盲目的一心奔着美国去，你到底能给美国带来什么。美国需要的是精英，这种精英既包括富有的人，也包括在美国急需的领域有发展潜力的人才，更包括对自己的人生有清晰的规划并为之奋斗的人（这样的人往往能成功，并为社会做出贡献）。美国一直宣扬他的价值观，你受他的价值观熏陶，他的目的就达到了，这和移民倾向没有必然联系

此外可以J1继续下去也可以. 比如我J1博士后,读博士就可以转J1学生签证
