Creative is one of the most important abilities in modern society which seems often occurring in beginners' activities. However, although beginners always insert new energy in a field, more contributions of an academic field are done by experts.

Beginners are not strengthened by traditional regulars, so that they may have many interesting or even strange ideas. But because of lacking of needing knowledge, beginners may not success only by the new ideas and knowledge in the books. Lacking exercises and the experience of how to use knowledge on the books, beginners do not know the process of treating a project. For example, a chemical undergraduate student has learned almost all the needing knowledge in the courses and may have the ability to discover some problems in others' old works. What should he or she do after finding the problem? This new person almost had no chance working in a chemical laboratory during the time as an undergraduate student in the university. Therefore, he or she has no method to solve the problems in the work, such as getting materials, purify products, and testing the results. However, these problems are easy for an expert, so beginners have less chance to success.

On the other hand, when experts facing a strange thing, their experiences can help them discover the problems in it when others have no sense about it. We can not ignore the influence of the knowledge extent of a person. Experts always quicker smell out the chances than others because they have heard about them but the beginners do not know. For the experts learn the fundamental knowledge earlier than beginners and study deeper and newer knowledge when others still hard work in easier things, we can find that we are amazing about some imagines of our professors. When a student asks why the professor can think the problem in such a stranger and quite right method, the professor always smiles and says: you also can find out it when you have more experiences.

Therefore, creative comes from imagine, and imagine comes from numerous knowledge and experiences. As beginners, we need study many things from professors and experts; they can give us a lot of valuable help.
