As is known, laws are one of the important foundations in our society for justice and safety. Meanwhile, laws stand for the power of the nation which protect the interests of the majority of its people. Therefore, from my point of view, no matter whether the laws are just or unjust, their authority should be respected definitely.

In our recent world, with the high complexity of the society, laws play a more and more significant role in protecting the social justice and human rights. Legal regulations effectively control the crimes to the individuals which may bring our society into instability. Therefore, if we permit some deeds which are forbidden by the laws, although  the laws may be somewhat unfair for some people, the authority and purity of our laws may be totally ruined. For example,(又是一个例子呵呵谢拉) in some nations, it is prohibitted by the laws to fish in some rivers in order to protect the natural balance, but it is obviously unjust for the fishermen, who live on fishing in the rivers. If they disobey and resist the laws, then the regulations will have no ristrictions. Maybe in a few years the river will be seriously wrecked and then ultimately influence the benifits of the fishermen and all the people living near the rivers.(加一个短语体现渔民对河流做了什么,反过来他们最后收到什么的意思, 我不知道IN RETURN 是不是错的哦) Justice is a concept for all the social members, not only for some groups or individuals. Hence once we draw a law, all the members should be restricted by it, which is the real  precondition of the social justice.

On the other hand, however, laws can also make serious mistakes, which may be caused by several wrong thinkings. For instance, in the past, some regions in the world might be influenced seriously by the racial discrimination and passed the laws with unjust rules to the minority. Even so, in my opinion, the settlement of the unjustice problem should be legit better than disobeying or resisting them. We can express our dissatisfaction and arguments concerning the laws, or we can organize great remonstration to the government which can influence the legislature to correct the unjust laws. In a jural world(法制社会?) today, no one should be given the right to disobey the laws, but every one has the right to deliver his/her standpoint about the laws, or even fight against the unfair laws in legit ways, which I consider the most effective means to pursue the social justice.

Differing from the moral regulations, laws have much more holy station and more strict penalties. They offer us consistent standards for individual behaviors, which insure the security and justice of the society. Consequently, I approve using legit methods to solve the problems of unjust laws instead of disobeying or resisting unjust laws.

论证了法律在UNFAIR和有SERIOUS MISTAKES 两个不同层面上 论述, 总体论的比较有条理也比较清晰, 如果再引申一段意思就好了,毕竟我们的文采不行, 得靠字数, 起码得撑500吧

习作标题写为"ISSUE17 XXX"或"ARGUMENT53 XXX"

ISSUE,ARGUMENT 用大写,与题号数字间没有间隔.后面的文字与题号间空一格.
提醒大家注意格式,不然会被斑斑删贴的~~

我回来了
