Research Engineer/Senior Research Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- To identify strategic solutions and outline implementation steps
-- Acts as primary interface towards significant clients for technical discussion.
-- Represents the company at international standardization meetings and drives industry standards.
-- Leads process improvements, acts as a coach and ensures knowledge sharing and transfer.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
-- Master/Doctoral Degree in information and communications technology or related disciplines;
-- Strong track record of system architect working experience;
-- Excellent knowledge of mobile data application;
-- Good understanding of China telecom industry;
-- Consultative behavior, business minded and strong team spirit.
-- Excellent interpersonal and customer management skills.
-- Knowledge of specifications of standardization bodies and industry forums (such as 3GPP/2, IETF, OMA, TMF etc.) preferred.
-- Knowledge of C++, SIP/RTP/RTCP/MSRP/RTSP preferred.
-- Fluent in written and oral English communications.

原来是华为的招聘广告。

华为现在做招聘有点混乱了，去年年底我接了 3、4 个华为的电话，不同部门的，有的都没搞清楚我现在职位是什么就呼啦呼啦上了...   看样子华为的 HR 象是有招聘指标的，完不成的时候就和拉郎配一样搜到信息就联系，这种招聘方式实在让人敬而远之。另一方面，招人如果这么困难，说明这项工作的待遇和要求可能有偏差。

另据说有时候招聘的幌子是华为，但实际去的是华为慧通 —— 华为的外包公司，尽管工资差别不大，但福利待遇和稳定性等等就不同了。如果有人愿意尝试一下，请先问清楚到底是哪家公司。
