It does not need to spend a considerable amount time learning and comprehending more accounting information and, because there have  definitely discrepancies accounting regulations and rules between China and US. By the way, you can actually scrutinize the following accounting books(Financial management, Corporate Governance and Auditing,ect...), I have one thing you need to know, if possible, you must buy the accounting book which is written by US author rather than wtitting by chinese author and the reason I have mentioned above. 清华出版得一本MBA教材是全英文的，非常好，深入浅出，LZ可以去书店看看。
