不能同时ｅａ一所ｎｏｎ－ｂｉｎｄｉｎｇ的，再ｅｄ一所的原因主要不是在ｅａ那边，而是ｅｄ一般就是ｂｉｎｄｉｎｇ的，不允许再申请其他学校的ｅａｒｌｙ　ｐｒｏｇｒａｍ（ｅｄ／ｓｃｅａ／ｅａ）吧
