Argument  讲一个社区的学校要废除音乐教育项目，只有20%的高中生喜欢这个项目，而且考上大学的人当中只有10%修的是和音乐相关的专业，临近的一个社区废除了音乐项目后，学生的GPA提高了10%。我们要废除音乐项目然后把节省的钱用于传统道路课上一定能提高该教学科目的质量

However, those households that reported using both fans and air conditioners spent less on electricity than those households that used either fans or air conditioners alone. Thus, the citizens of Claria should follow the study's recommendation and use both air conditioners and fans in order to save money on electricity.
