Will education be truly effective when designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student as the speaker claims?  I concede that different people have distinctive excellences and characters, so the education will be effective when meet the special needs of individuals. Meanwhile, it is still necessary to remain some kinds of education in common that make sure that every person has a certain ability to survive in modern society.

To begin with, education emphasis on the needs of diverse individuals could be more effective in that students are varying and the specific education aiming at the difference between individuals could better utilize the potential of people. As there are no identical leaves in the word, the human beings are inherently distinctive, the differences among people determined both by the genes and by the influence of surroundings. For example, some people are good at logical thinking so that the have a strong apprehending of mathematics, whereas other may consider that math is never meant to be understood. We have to concede the diversities among people, and conceive effective approaches orienting to the features of people. For example, in China, there is a special class consisted by college students whose average age are several years lower that the ordinary college students. Those excellent young students are selected around the nation, and cultivated in a special way that meets the individual needs and interests, such as they can chose the subjects all by themselves. As a result, most of those people are remarkable in many fields, including the youngest academic fellows, the leaders in many information technology companies. Their success are own to the special mode of teaching that their potential abilities could be better exploited.   

Moreover, such specific education provides the society different kinds of intelligence that better propel the improvement of the society, even promote the evolvement of the mankind. The development of society needs diversity. With the conflictions of different minds and opinions, we could better realize and understand all kinds of problems in society and find out a optimized solution. In other words, with the controversial opinions, we could deem issues more wisely and effectively. Education is a determinative element that, to some extent, defines the thoughts of individuals. The same mode of education could eliminate the origination and distinction with individual and therefore restrain the generation of different thoughts and ideas. Which, as a result, damage the well beings of the advancement of whole mankind ultimately.

In addition, the interests are the best teacher to learn. Most of the great people who have obtained immerse success in their field are deeply in love with their professions. With the love of melody, Beethoven composed the great symphony ''destiny" and other masterpieces. Because of interest in science since young, Gauss kept on learning science and discovered many significant theories in math. Learning with great interests is no doubt that the effects are much more satisfying since ones are more enthusiasm and concentrated in learning when really fascinated in that field.

However, in current situation, it is not practical to entirely provide the individual oriented education since our educational resources are limited; there are not adequate teachers and facilities to fulfill the needs of so many students. Further, the interests are sometimes tricky in that the interests of person could easily alternative in different eras of life. It is not rare that someone has learned all kinds of musical instruments and is not skillful in any of them. In this sense, the education could not totally base on the interests in that people sometimes could not actually know their profound interests. What is more, the education systems have to make sure that their students acquire certain measures of ability that could help them make a live, therefore, the education have to provider some common basic courses that offer the students some fundamental abilities.


In sum, the individual oriented education could be much more effective in that it provide a chance for student to better advance themselves. However, the contemporary situation demands careful consideration when actually implements that proposal.

整体感觉不错, 比上次进步很多, 可能就是最后一段的论述不够, 一开始你用了个concede, 给人感觉是前面轻后面重的平衡结构, 结果却是后面轻前面重, 应该上来就是fundamentally agree, 然后再nevertheless, 这样会让首段跟文章的关系更紧密.
