【题目】The human mind will always be superior to machines because machines are only tools of human minds
【翻译】。人类的智慧将总是高于机器，因为机器只是人类智慧的工具。
【提纲】
Thesis：As for now, the artificial intelligence exceeds the human minds in some aspects, However, in that human are the creator of machines, we could always take the control of the machine, in this means, human minds will be superior to machines.
Para1:  In some expects, the machine have exceed the human intelligence.  the memory of computer, the speed of calculation. Example the computer dark blue has defeat the human world champion of chess. The machine could do many dangerous or subtle tasks that human beings inherently cannot.With the development of technology, machines could do more.
Para2: Though machines could accomplish some assignments that human cannot, machines are products of human intelligence, and therefore managed by our human, they do not have independent thoughts. For example, computer are fast and competence, without the software coded by human, they could do nothing.
Para3: We could not predict the future precisely, as the ancient people could never imagine a small box like computer could do so many tasks and greatly assist our lives. We cannot assert that machine could never acquire intelligence and emotion. As mentioned in many scientific fictions, our human have to set up some principles for machines such as “The three principles of robot”. In my view, with the advancement of human intelligence, even one day machines may have intelligence. man could make better use of machines rather than conflicting with machines.

Thesis: I concede that effective leaders have to remain consistency which leads to the stable of enterprises. Meanwhile, it is necessary for leaders to possess an acute perception on the change of the surroundings or situations and willing to listen to others.
Para1: the stable of the leader is important for leaders to success. The leaders have to be trusted by his colleagues and subordinates. Fair The direction of the enterprise has to be clearly expressed by the leader so that stuff in the enterprise could have a explicit path to work on. Any implementations may have great resistance, however, the leader have to be determinative.
Para2:The observation of the outside is also necessary for leaders. Acquire information in order to have a comprehending understanding of the market, the needs or other situations. In that, they could set up a more effective strategy.
Para3: the leaders have to have a keen sensation on the trend and willing to accept the suggestion of others, therefore he could make correct judgments. Once having made an decision, it is important to keep on to it until success of failure.

Para1:the experts have done much in instructing our children. They possess scientific methods and have more experience, they know the psychology of students and therefore make the education more effective and aiming at the need of the society. They have precise comprehending of knowledge.   
Para2: Parents are more capable of molding children in that they are more intimate with their children and know better about their children . Moreover, parents are more concentrated on their own children. In addition, through the practical behaviors may more effective than oral instilling and parents are inherently have the ability to influence their children through behaviors.  
Para3： The communities also have the responsibility in the process of education. First, they have to provide a peaceful environment for the students to study. Second, they have to offer some chances for students to practice what they have learn and enhance their connections with the real world. Third, the communities have to afford some financial supports for the education.

Thesis: I fundamentally agree with the claim that….. Meanwhile, the leaders also have to possess a certain measure of wisdom that add to the overall benefits rather than merely honesty.
Para1:The ethical and moral requirements are the basic demands for a great leader. The leaders have greater responsibility that ordinary people. The leaders have more influence and power that improper usage could result in significant harm.
Para2:The leaders have to possess other abilities that cause their leadership more effective. The skill of communication,and attractive personality that makes other people willing to work with him. The ability to solve problems, balance the different groups. and make decisions, the courage to handle responsibilities.
Para3: a leader could not be all perfect, no one could be perfect. When they insist on their own principles which are also conform to the morality and behave moral actions that otherwise normal people cannot accomplish. We could conceive them as maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards.

Thesis：Tradition and modernization are not entirely mutual exclusive in that there are some eternal values within the society and human which do not change over the time. In this sense, one could learn the human natures and some eternal values form the past and also capable of some modern techniques, living styles and ideas at present. In turn, cause us to make better decisions and possess better understanding of life.
Para1: modernization is different from the past tradition in many aspects. Such as technology, political fields, human rights. and Living style. In some occasions, confliction could be aroused among tradition and modernization.
Para2: some fundamental features remain the same. Mores, emotions ,customs , value system and other spiritual features. Though it is seems that modern society is significantly different from the former one, some fundamental elements of society and human beings remain the same.
Para3 to better realize the values of ourselves, we have to learn both the tradition and the modern things. In that tradition could help us profoundly realize the essence of the human and the society. Therefore prevent us follow the modern trend unwisely. Thesis: Though some important discoveries are made by the beginners, the experts have made essential contributions to the developments of inquiry.
Para1: the beginner have some advantages to make discovery. Creativity, no experience means no restrain of mind. Enthusiasms could bring in inspirations.
Para2: the discoveries of beginners, to some extent, are incidentally. It is the experts who could make continuous and systematic discoveries since they occupy abundant knowledge and experiences that made them deem the problems more profoundly and, usually correctly.   
Para3: the experts cannot neglect the sound of beginners since sometimes the perspective of beginner are valuable. Meanwhile, beginners could not hold the idea that beginner are more likely to make great discovery, if so, they will never make progress.
