就说你怎么不上MSN了呢
南洋理工要求research proposal，我不知道到底要写多少
是要具体到哪个问题吗，比如说要研究international economics的FDI问题？？

我觉得可以说,比如
FDI 在中国对国内投资的挤入/挤出效应的分析.
这样就不算大了吧.
