Position: agree.    It is a wise idea for the world nations to cooperate with each other to establish a global university where people from different parts of the world work together for the benefit of all nations. An effective way to solve these problems is to promote mutual understanding and cooperation. It creates an multi-culture environment which can solve the problem effectively.

1, A prosperous society is always based on democracy. Democrcy emphasize the rights and interests of all citizens. So the society should tolerate the challenges.
2. Challenging political authority forces politicians and the government to be more democratic, efficient, and responsible.
3 Over-extended challenging the authority will be indeed counterproductive, even harmful.
