1.      laws 应该在基本原则、性质上保持稳定
eg, the Declaration of Independence 不过这个是不是不算law呢
2.      但是具体的法律条款还是要flexible一点的好
A．             新的事物  internet
B．              新的情况   中国加入WTO之后需要逐步修改一些贸易条款
C．             新的观念  abortion

1.      法律规范控制了人们的行为
2.      法律在一定程度上也改变了人们的一些观念   abortion,同性恋
3.      但是法律也有一些不及之处  道德方面jump the queue，让座
4.      这些法律的局限性需要教育弥补
这个B4不算离题吧，不过是imong说的典型的“补充说明”错误提纲？！

1. 赞成分类
2.但是不能disobey unjust laws
A．             每个人的评判标准不同，因为不同的教育背景，利益关系等等
B．              Disobey会损害法律的权威性，使just laws的执行也大打折扣
3. 可以采取理智的方式来改进unjust laws

公众人物的隐私问题
有保留的赞成
1.        公众人物展示给公众的主要是其职业形象
2.        公众有时会对这些“人物”的隐私感兴趣，这也是他们影响力和popularity的一个反映，公众人物应该接受这种现象。
3. 当然公众人物在生活中也是普通人，他们的隐私同样受到法律的保护

the Declaration of Independence －－好像不能算是法律吧。
2个BODY会不会显得论证不足？比如法律受个国家性质，文化背景，人们的认识有关。

B3--“jump the queue，让座” 实在是太微小了，不足以为之立法，用这个作例子感觉不恰当
可能有些偏，我想B4没有必要单独做一段，如果放在结尾说明就好了
