题目：ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

What is law? There are many definitions of law, in my opinion , the best definiton of the law is that law is some rules an regulations found by the legislation. There two types of laws: just and unjust. According to the title statement, the arguer seems to suggest that everyone should obey just laws but more importantly we should disobey and resist hte unjust laws. As far as I concerned, we should obey the just laws and disobey the unjust laws, but in some special conditions, unjust law also should be obeyed while it is to the minorities.

Firstly, everyone should obey the just laws, because which ensure us to have a safe and peaceful society. If you break the law whether  you like it or not, you may be forced to compensate, go to prison, or sentence to death. For example, the just laws provide for the benefits when works injured on the work, for heather care, and supply the loan to the students who can not afford the expense of the university. In short, if the laws can give us many benefits we need, so it is just law and we must obey.

Conversely, everyone should disobey the unjust laws, becaust they harm our society and damage our benefits.For example, some totalitarian governments have cruel and arbitrary laws, enforced by police forces free to arrest and punish people without trial. Stong-arm tactics may provide a great deal order, but we reject this form of control. Another example is the "legal" in Germany in the second war, it gives the segregator a false sense of superiority and the segregated a false sense of inferiority. Because of this unjust law, thousands of Jews lost their families, their homes, and their properties. Above on these reasons, we must reject these kind of unjust laws.

However, in some special conditons, we also need  obey some of the unjust laws. The best reason for this issue is these kind of laws damage some of the minorities' benefits, but the law can bing more benefits to the majorities.A good example in China is the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant, the laws obliges thousands of people to leave their homestead,  abadon their possessions, and separate with their relatives. There is only one reason is the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant can benefit the society a lot, it can make great stride for China. So we should not disobey such "unjust laws" and support such laws to make our lives better.

To conclude, we should obey the just laws which can ensure us to have a stable and orderly society and reject the unjust laws which harm our society. However, we also should obey some unjust laws in certain circumstance because these laws can make our country and our nation prosperity.

本段论述很好，不过好几个句子都在我们给的资料里见过，这样写可能有被判雷同的危险。

To conclude, we should obey the just laws which can ensure us to have a stable and orderly society and reject the unjust laws which harm our society. However, we also should obey some unjust laws in certain circumstance because these laws can make our country and our nation prosperity.
