TOPIC: ISSUE56 - "Governments should focus more on solving the immediate problems of today rather than trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future."

   With the development of the society and increase of the population,more and more immediate and urgent problems are being in front of the goverment.Admittedly,for the government it is more important to deal with the matters on hand.However,the solution of anticipated problems of the future do not contradicts that of the immediate problems of today as the author asserts.In a long run,when handling today's problems,the officers of government should also put the future in their minds.
   
   As  the brain of a modern society,the goverment faces too many problems, unemployment ,poverty ,circumstance,etc,most of which concern the stability of the society or the benefits of the people and maybe results in series of others problems were not solved approprately,furthermore,threatening the safety of the country.Were unemployment not limited, millions of worker losing their jobs became poor.Such situation of poverty continuing for a long term must result in the increase of crime incidence and more the society’s unstability. So,for our peaceful life,the government must handle the immediate problems efficiently
   
    Even though most immediate problems needs more immediate attention,it does not mean the anticipated problems can be ignored.So many lessons in the human history,especially modern history,have taught us that the act solving the problems only for the immediate profits without considering its future effects will bring us human more problems.Consider the circumstance problems as an example.Today's circumstance problems are just the results of yesterday's neglect.Just for  immediate profit,millions of  acres of trees were cut down,resulting in the intrusion of the desert and extinction of the species.Just for immediate convenience,uncountable plastic bags become decomposed  trash that we can not solve.Just for immediate convenience,numberless tons of waste water were drained into rivers or the sea,making them unclear or even dagerous.How can we do such things to our generation again?

     To avoid such situatuion require our government more consideration and further anticipation in the process of society's development.In dealing with current,actual affairs,officers of the government should take into account all possible results and further influences,the good the bad ones.For the bad part,it needs to find some way for modification,like we hew a tree then we plant a new seedling for the future.If the bad part can not avoid,it is the government's responsibility to balance the two sides and make the final decision with the precondition that this decision will benefit today and tomorrow.
   
      It is the responsibility of the government to consider anticipated problems of the future while dealing with the immediate problems.However,not only is it a responsibility for government but for everyone of us.When doing our jobs or making some decisions,we all should look further for anticipated problems.If so, our society will be in a situation of continuing development.

Admittedly, for the government it is more important to deal with the matters on hand. Even though most immediate problems needs more immediate attention, it does not mean the anticipated problems can be ignored. 忽略长远规划的严重后果。三个例子用排比句式，读来十分有力，但是表达地道方面还需要更进一步锤炼。     

To avoid such situatuion requires our government‘s more consideration and further anticipation in the process of society's development.In dealing with current,actual affairs,officers of the government should take into account all possible results and further influences,the good the bad ones.For the bad part,it needs to find some way for modification,like we hew a tree then we plant a new seedling（这个词好高级，汗，金山词霸告诉我的。。惭愧一下。） for the future.If the bad part can not avoid,it is the government's responsibility to balance the two sides and make the final decision with the precondition that this decision will benefit today and tomorrow.    将当务之急和长远计划结合起来，给出了对政府的建议。      

It is the responsibility of the government to consider anticipated problems of the future while dealing with the immediate problems.However,not only is it a responsibility for government but for everyone of us.When doing our jobs or making some decisions,we all should look further for anticipated problems.If so, our society will be in a situation of continuing development.
文章结尾对问题有所延展，从政府的责任到个人的义务，使得问题有了一定的深度。赞。
文章的总体架构比较合理，但是论证力度和文章丰满程度不够。
