Dear Sir:

Can the application fee be waived? I am an international student and US Dollar to me is really not a shit...
I would like to pay you the application fee very much but I am worried about my lunch now, and I am sure that healthy PhD students
will perform better in their following studies. Thus I am writing to ask for your permission of application fee waiving, can you do me the favor?
