Issue17（政治类中法律类）
There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws.

Outline:
Firstly : what is law? Could the law divided into two types?
Second: Should we obey just laws? should we resist unjust laws?
Thirdly : what we should do ?

Could laws be divided into two groups, just laws and unjust laws, as the arguer mentioned? It is an normal sense that law is body of official’s regulations and rules, generally found in constitutions , legislation, judicial opinions , and the like, that is used to govern a society and to control the behavior of its members. Above all, there is tightly relationship between society and its members and laws .even famous ancient, taking Martin Luther King for example, agree with the above saying,. Absolutely , law should be built on the base of humanity, also, laws perhaps could be divided into two categories: just law bases on humanity and unjust law that beyond of it.
I propose that the best disciplines to realize the power of the law is to obey just laws and, even more importantly, resist unjust laws. For the reason that the purpose of the just law is of benefits to individual, groups and society. Almost everything we do is governed by some set of rules.there are rules for games, for social clubs, for sports and for adults in the workplace.there are also rules imposed by morality and custom that play an important role in telling us what we should and should not do . Just laws have this function. They also intend to give effort to social policies.for example,some laws provide for benefits when workers are injured on the job, for health care, as well as for loans to students who otherwise might not be able to go to university. It can also keep the society fairness.However, laws are sometimes created that people later recognize as being unfair and unjust
Finally, we One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws. We should never forget that everything Adolf Hitler did in Germany was "legal". Any law that degrades human personality is unjust. All segregation statutes are unjust because segregation distorts the soul and damages the personality. It gives the segregator a false sense of superiority and the segregated a false sense of inferiority.
In conclusion , the two types of law should be divided briefly. It is available for us to obey just laws and especially unjust one.

开头应该有一段提出观点吧?这样逻辑比较清晰一些.
