Nowadays, as the technology has developed so fast and many problems turn up. So some people claim that the technology create more problems than it solves, and the problem may threaten or damage the quality of life. But in my opinion, the technology solves more problems than the problems it brings; the technology has changed our quality of life a lot though it creates many problems.

Firstly, the technology solves most of the problems we affront today. For example, the technology affects the size of population, the high birth rate and the high death rate in the past, so the size of population was small. But in modern times, because the improvement in sanitation, the development of cured for fatal illness and more effective contraceptive cause low rate and death rate, the number of population increase a lot. Another example is the technology improves crop yields or permits long-term storage of food surpluses make it possible to support a larger population with a given amount of farmland. In sum, the technology has done a great deal with humans' live.

Secondly, the technology has produced tremendous improvements in the quality of human life. Nowadays, people watch TV, travel among webs, make dialogues by phones and cell phones, and travel with airplanes and so on. We get a convenience and comfortable life by using these technology instruments. For example, when we eating in the canteens, we can use a  card to pay rather than the notes, When going to library or lab, we also can use the card to passport. it makes our lives easier. In a short, we the technology make our lives convenience and fast.

Admittedly, as a one thing has two facets, the technology not only solves many problems for us but also creates negative consequences, and may threaten or damage the quality of life. For example, the risk of cancer caused by the inhalation of asbestos particles, the possibility of large-scale industrial accidents, the ethical issues raised by the use of life-prolong technologies, and ever- present danger of nuclear holocaust are as much a part of the modern era as space travel, miracle drugs, and computers that can operate whole factories. Because of the negative sides cause many serious problems which do put lots of people in jams. But we people, with high intelligence, can control the technology and make a better world with the help of technology.

To conclusion, though the technology brings us some problems and causes negative influences, we can decrease the negative the negative points if the technology under the control of us. Only we break through the erroneous conception as someone's, we can better use technology and make a powerful engine to gear towards a brighter future.
