阐述下孩子社会化的意思
孩子是一个国家的未来，如果不重视孩子社会化的问题，他们就不懂得互相尊重，互相欣赏，必将导致，交流少了，歧视和争吵多了，人与人之间的合作也自然会少。社会的发展也会停滞不前。举个例子（公立和私立学校）。重视孩子的社会化对社会的命运起作用。
但是对社会的命运起作用的还有其他一些方面，比如孩子的毅力，比如孩子的信心，勤奋，智力因素等。
2． 同意作者的第二个观点，我们还不知道如何是培养一个能构建一个更好的社会的孩子。
我们在培养一个孩子的问题上确实有点问题
轻视社会话的情况
在教育上：大多学校过多注重学生的技能知识学校，轻视培养学生的待人处世能力。
在民族文化中：比如中国，孩子们被过分的宠爱。
过度重视社会话的情况
有些家长放任孩子，不加管教，很容易使孩子受到外界不良因素的误导。
Nowadays, it is widely accepted that children sustain the future of a society. How to raise our children has become a pressing problem facing to us. I fundamentally agree with the author’s first claim concerning the relationship between children’s socialization and the destiny of a society. Meanwhile, the claim that we have not yet learned how to raise children to bring about a better society can be supported by some evidences
Socialization of children means how the children interact with other people and what’s situation they are exposed. Strangely, many socialists have found a common phenomenon indicating that children in private schools aren't socializing like in public. Among the most important reasons they found in the end is that children in public school will interact with average citizens. The students of public school will come from all different types of families. On the other hands, if there is scholarship, then some poorer students might have access to private schools. However, private school children will usually come from families with money and will have less interaction with poor people. Undoubtedly, such kind of situation occurred in education institution, if taken too far, will do more harm than good in benefiting the healthy development of our society. First of all, children come for different hierarchic ranks are more likely pay little attention in making friendship with each other. To make matters worse, while those rich ones discriminate against the poor, impoverished children also hold a strong negative attitude toward them. Therefore, efficient communication can hardly be formed. Great effect collaboration consequently appears to be less. Contrary, it brings about the social problems like discrimination, quarrel, or even fight. Under such circumstance, socialization of children seems to be necessary and need to be taken as soon as possible to the prosperity of our future.
Yet children’s socialization can be useful in cultivating boys and girls to be moral along with respect with each other, other elements contribute profoundly to today’s high-advanced technology society also play a vital role such as children’s personal diligence, intelligence, confidence, as well as their perseverance. Take Bill Gates as an example, the richest person gains all his possession by his insightful institution in computer science. His high-knowledge in this field which affected millions of lives and the brought about the computer science’s revolution is arising from his persistent explore the un-known world therefore, we could see those inborn or studied learning skill or attitude do make our society keep progressive that it can also not be neglected or overlooked.
Admittedly, we could not say proudly that we have found the proper way about how to raise our children. In the realm of education, some universities still place too much emphasis on the students’ learning ability, but overlook their capability to deal with others. What’s more, in some culture like China, parents take care of the boys or girls from each daily meal to their everyday’s after-school homework, treats their children as a little king or queen. Unfortunately, most parents have not realized the serious situation their children involved in and the custom of spoiling kids appears to become more and more vogue. On the other hand, they may sometimes go extremely to another side as overstated the importance of socialization of children. Letting their kids along or too early to exposing these kids to the variation of society contains high potential risk in the development of children that will, in the end, limit the progress of society.
In sum, children as a hope of the whole society should be socialized. A proper method of children’s socialization along with their personal struggle for life can be considered accounting for dominate the destiny of society. Meanwhile, we should not stop finding the way in raising our children who can be useful in making a better-society.
