About two hundred years ago, the quality of throng's life is largely decided by climate and governors' abilities. With the overwhelming change of modern society, our life is mainly controlled by science and technologies which are continuously shoved by scholars and researchers. Therefore, many people argue that scholars and researchers should devote themselves into social development regardless personal interests. In my view of point, I believe scholars and researchers should concern their favor when choose their work.
First of all, one can achieve most only he or she chooses what he or she likes most. Individuals, including scholars and researchers, have the right to freely choose their majors. Designed works always arouse complains and furthermore create depress mood since those works disobey the primary requires of human beings. One the other hand, interests, cultivated by ego and largely confined by personal disposition, stimulate researchers work hard and, even more important, help them to fully use their intelligence and achieve personal life goals. Anyway, personal rights should be ensured and society needs to rectify the normal environment for every individuals to fully develop themselves.
Another convincing reason of this kind is the fact that tremendous contribution always originates from the process of pursuing personal interests. Bill Gates converts his interest into software thus creates the new era and changes the style of the whole world. Darwin plugs himself into the "useless" biology and as a result tells us who we are. It is hardly to find a job which is useless to the society. Without teachers, people will lose chance to be genius thus unable to make contribution to their nation. Regardless the existence of farmers, people will starve to death thus cannot do anything to the society. Every job emancipates its full function, so that human beings continuously refine our environment. In conclusion, without passion and interests, without the power shoves our society to refresh.
Admittedly, personal interest has its boundary. Researchers who want to develop their interests cannot focus on illegal activities and scholars must keep their conscience and the distance with autocrats like Hitler. Society needs to sustain the stability of it own and should largely ensure everyone's will. Meanwhile, freedom, which comes from reverence of others, needs necessary boundary.
In conclusion, researchers and scholars have the right to research what they like and regardless the social needs, besides, they have to obey public rules. Freedom of private choice ensures personal privilege and fully development of every individual; the fully development of scholars and researchers thus makes sure that they can do more to the society.

[开头先指出别人的观点,进而点明自己的观点。意思明确。但似乎首段略长了点。和body段差不多了。]

[本段主要是用例子证明个人按兴趣发展的好处。结构清晰。]
Admittedly, personal interest has its boundary. Researchers who want to develop their interests cannot focus on illegal activities and scholars must keep their conscience and the distance with autocrats like Hitler. Society needs to sustain the stability of it own and should largely ensure everyone's will. Meanwhile, freedom, which comes from reverence of others, needs necessary boundary.
[此段说明按个人兴趣发展也有个限度。起让步作用,使文章显得更严密。]

[此段总结没什么问题。]
