I once heard Bow is a female and Iam very pleased to hear that, anyway, i won't apply that school, for its essay is a little tricky, whatever the dealine has pass, though the school claimed that deadline can be extened to 20, Jau.

Sorry to reply you so late, I just took a hot bath, cool.
TO your concern, I fax an inquiry to BOW, and then they fax me back and they said each candidate will be evaluated case by case, and they has granted me to submitted at20, Jau, it's a pity that I didn't apply Bow, they also said they can ship an application to me and I fill it and fax to their office if the online channel has been terminated.
