第一写issue ,实在是写不下去，但作为第一篇，虽然不是高频，还是发上来，请大家给个意见，我都快对自己绝望了。

TOPIC: ISSUE67 - "Colleges should require students to engage in public-service activities in order to assure that each student receives a balanced, well-rounded education."

I think the Colleges 's statement is very good,for the development of the education,the society ask the students acquir more abilities.The students who know the knowledges on the book ,do not know how to suvile in this society,this also the failure of the Colleges. One of the aims of the college make the students become the usefull fo r the society .This just the one aspect.Another,the students who are not live in the society for himselvies or herselves,many people arrounding him or her,so ,  he or she must know the relationship how to deal with.
Nowday,the balance between student education in school and in public-service education become very important.For example,mang colleges ask the students go to the cournty for obtaining the public-service experience,not only thinking for the students themselves,but also for the society development,because the student know many things about the society,they return college ,then figure out the answers which they have faced when they engaged in the public-service activities.Another ,the college want to do this ,may be benefit for the education materials,improve the effecient of the student's feeling of making contribution  for the society,just for the reward of the society supplying the education chance.
At the same time,the students  abilities must improve needing the good organization.The education department and college must take good advantage of the society .When students come  into the society,they must face many problems,for example,how to do the jobs,how to make the coment effective,and so on.So the system for protect and supply help for the students estblished needly .

(I think the argument of the speaker is correct. A society requires young students to acquires abilities as much as possible. Students who know well on how to read books and gain high grade points may turn out not to know how to survive in practical life, which is a big failure both for schools and education system. One of the goals of college education is to make student someone who can contribute to the soiety, and who can succeed in the future. Also, students, as people always live in a societal relationship network, must know how to deal with social realtionship with other people.)

(nowadays, it is important for educations maintain a balance betweeen education in classes and outer school education, one of which is public-service. For example, mang college requires its students to do public-service to gain more social experiences, which is not only to benifits students but also the communites and social development. It is a good way for sudents to use what they're tought and return it to communities. )

有太多地方不知道作者在写什么，所以没法改。括号里面的是我试着根据作者的意思写的。从作者的行文来看，写起来的确有困难，思维还是太中国化，建议如果有时间的话多读一些文章，看看英文网站，找一下语感。

非常感谢 ericshang的修改和建议，真的，我真的不知道该怎么说自己了。虽然研三快毕业了，看着自己太滥的英语，我都不忍心。好了，自己该努力。3月6日的AW等着我呢！，Fighting!!!
