Through the development of human and society, outsides bring their knowledge and experience to one field, which can lead the field to success. But we can not ignore the importance of experts in the field who are also devoted to the development of this field.

Outsiders, who are seemed to bring some problems in common sense, are just the key of the improvement because of their knowledge and experience. If some people study one thing for a long time, they will form a fix way of thinking, as a result, they have some dismiss in the field and even ignore some vital things and make mistakes. The existence and joining of outsiders is just reciprocal and complimentary with the insiders. They will bring some knowledge and experience about other fields, which can help the insiders get rid of the ignorance and mistakes. For example, when I was doing an experiment of composing a particular chemical material, I faced a serious problem that whether I should put composing A first or B. After a long time research I can not find the authoritative answer. At this time, one of my best friends, who major in physics, gave me some suggestion according to the physical characters of A and B, but not chemical characters. I try and succeeded. So when outsiders bring their knowledge and experience to one field of study, the field will have process and even get the achievement.

It should be also conceded that insiders, especially experts, are the leader of the field. Only by outsiders, a field almost can not succeed at all. It is the experts who form the general way of studying, who solve most of problems, who lead the field out of one and another dilemmas. So if we call outsiders to be catalyst of development, the experts will be the base. Although outsiders have wide and broad vision and various experience, they can do nothing and their wealth will be vacuum leaving the experts' basic support. Take the former experience of mine as an example. My friend major in physics can not form a chemical material at all with my knowledge and experiment. It only can be a funny that a student composed a kind of chemical material only by his physics knowledge. So only after conceding of the significant function of the experts, a field will be improved.

There are many premise of the development of a field. First, in this field, some experts should become leader, who can manage the dividing of work in it. These "leaders" should exert the ability and knowledge of everyone deeply and completely. If some problems show up in the field, the experts can solve most of them and give people an persuaded answer. When experts can not solve the question or planet their reason convincing, some subjective sound will raise. At the vital time, it will become a milestone-- the field will be successful if some outsiders take part in and bring some new ideas to solve the serious problems; If there are no outsiders coming, it is possible that the field will slow its speed of improving and even stop.

In a conclusion, both experts and outsiders play an important role in the step of human society and natural technology. But if we only have one of them, we can not have a process easily. So in my opinion, the time when experts and outsiders cooperate harmonious is just the time when a field can come out from difficulty and gain an achievement.

Through the development of human and society, outsides (外部相对与内部来说是整体，宜用单数)bring their knowledge and experience to one field, which can lead the field to success. But we can not ignore the importance of experts in the(their own ) field who are also devoted to the development of this field.

Outsiders, who are seemed to bring some problems in common sense, are just the key of the improvement because of their knowledge and experience. If some people study one thing for a long time, they will form a fix(fixed) way of thinking, as a result, they have some dismiss(dismissal) in the field and even ignore some vital things and make mistakes. They will bring some knowledge and experience about other fields, which can help the insiders get rid of the ignorance(oversight, ignorance表无知) and mistakes. In a conclusion, both experts and outsiders play an important role in the step of human society and natural technology. But if we only have one of them, we can not have a process easily. So in my opinion, the time when experts and outsiders cooperate harmonious is just the time when a field can come out from (overcome) difficulty and gain an achievement.
