A nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college rather than allow schools in different parts of the nation to determine which academic courses to offer.
题纲:
For natural science, the nation should design a unified curriculum for its students. Objective,  

For social science, the core curriculum should be the same in whole nation .   
However, in social science, the designment of curriculum should take into consider the special social circumstance and historical backdrop.

While the speaker strongly asserts that a nation should require all its students to study the same national curriculum until they enter college rather than allow schools in different parts of the nation to determine which academic courses to offer, I recommend that a combination of some certain curriculums designed by the nation and other courses designed by different parts of the nation to be applied based on the  characteristic of the subjects.
First of all, for natural science, such as mathematic, physics, chemistry , the nation should design a unified curriculum. Because these subjects are objective, and their content would not change with the time and area. Simply put, the axiom and principle in mathematic always keep the same in different areas. In addition, these subjects aim to develop the students’ analysis ability and let students to master objective knowledge of these subjects. Therefore, it is most important for them to design a scientific and effective curriculum thereby making students understand knowledge profoundly.  Compared with parts of nation, the nation has a stronger ability to organize the excellent education experts from different parts to design a more scientific curriculum. Besides, a uniform curriculum facilitates the communication between teachers in different area. They can put forward suggestion about the curriculum based on their practical teaching. For instance, whether the arrangement of course is fit for students ? which contents are too difficult for students to understanding?   By discussing about these questions between teachers, the curriculum would be improved and education experts should be able to explore a more effective teaching ways.  
For social science, including history ,politics, arts and so no, the core curriculum should be the same in whole nation. Core curriculum mainly refers to language, value system and national spirit. There are two reasons to support this point. Firstly, uniform curriculum in language benefits to the communication of different areas. Suppose that different parts teach different language, how do these people communicate?  Thus, the common language would accelerate the corporation of different parts of nation. In addition, the unification in value system and national spirit can enhance the national cohesion, patriotism among the citizens. A course stressing the importance and indispensability of patriotism can discourse the stories the heroes of the nation and splendid achievements of the ancestors, arousing the pride of being one citizen of the nation. Therefore, as stated above a core curriculum in social science is of great importance to the whole nation.
However, in designing social science curriculum, we should take into consider the special social circumstance and historical backdrop.  As we all know, due to the historical reason, different areas has different culture , even political policy. As a member of this area, the student have the obligation to study this special , precious culture thereby passing it from one generation to generation . For instance, in China, many minorities have their particular dance and song. If there is no special curriculum in these areas to study them, this cultural heritage would disappear along with time. It is so regrettable. Therefore, areas should design a single curriculum for imparting their culture. Moreover, the difference in political policy always exists more or less in different areas. Students in these areas should be informed these essential political principle, otherwise, it would be hard for them to understand the action of local government , not mention to support local government.  
To sum up,  the combination of nation designed course and area designed course benefit to the education in two aspects. On one hand, it makes good use of education resource in the whole nation .On the other hand, it keeps the unique character of different parts of nation.
