In the era of technology leading to increasing progress, all nations in the world influence each other and international contact more and more close than before, how to cope with the problem accompany with the globalization and almost all nations faced? In a sense, It is meaningful to develop a global university where teachers and students are engaged in studying the world’s most persistent social problems.

If we look into the social problems more deeply, we will be surprise at similarities of the problems in different nations which may have quite different cultures, religious and conventions, such as problems of  population , pollution, energy crisis and imbalance of development between east and west, take the pollution as an example, in order to gain more profits or achieve other goal, almost all nations have the experience of rulers neglect the endure of nature which lead to animal’s disaster and forest’s astonishing decline,  in fact, there is no specific nation can solve those problems effectively alone, therefore, a global university can gather scatter efforts and support around the world and with the cooperate of scientists and students from all the nations, a quick and accessible solution will be reached.

In such university, researchers and students from all over the world with different ideas come together to discuss common persistent social problems, they bring their specific viewpoint and method from their countries , after they share all the informations and digest them , lots of new effective measures may come into being which are beneficent to every nation, at the same time, the university not only enable the students have a comprehensive education, but also make them less prejudice towards different nations with different culture, religious, conventions, locations, race and so on.

Such a global university ask for support from all the nations, besides financial support,, intellectural investment and willingness to cooperate are more important, whether the university is successful or not depend on the nation’s attitude to the cooperate with each other, on one hand, every nation should have a deeply insight and global view towards the university’s location, curriculum, the way and the aim of education ,even the social issues, especially the topic ones,  on the other hand, the collusion from politics which is hostile to cooperate should be avoided ,only this can the university exert as an effective way to solve the world's most persistent social problem.

To sum up, it is meaningful to establish a global university, so all the nation should cooperate and contribute a bit to the university, a harmonious circumstance will help the researchers and student to solving the world's most persistent social problems, ultimately all the nation will enjoy its fruit.
