1.我们需要个性的教育。everyone is different from others, we should respect its uniqueness。兴趣是最好的老师。每个人天赋不同，充分发挥个人潜力。有些人吸收知识快，那么就教得快， 有些人吸收知识慢，则教授细心。 瑞士很早开始专业教育，
2.并不是所有的学生在开始学习时都对所学的东西感兴趣，教育能够使他们深入的了解学科内的知识。并且在学习过程中逐渐培养自己的兴趣和爱好。
3.(社会需求的必要性) 社会的需要使人们接受具有共性的教育。社交的需要 学科间联系的需要 信息知识传播的需要 　社会生活的需要 大家知道，任何人都不能脱离社会，任何人都必须依靠社会，人类所享受的日益丰富的物质和精神生活，自创自用的部分越来越少，来自社会的比重越来越大，这就是说，教育是否有效不是依靠是否能满足某一学生的需求作为评判标准的，而是学生通过教育能适应社会的需求。并在社会需求和个人兴趣之间找到一个平衡点。

The speaker assert that the effectiveness of education depend on whether it meet individual needs and interests of each student. In my point of view, nevertheless, I fundamentally disagree with the speaker's view. In our modern society, the individual needs and interests of each student should be respected while we also need common education for every student.

We need individual education in our society, everyone is different from others, and we should respect its uniqueness of every individual person. Firstly, the individual education can fit the special situation of every student. Student who absorbs knowledge fast can also learn fast. It is a advantageous method for every student that they do not need to wait or catch up to anyone. Secondly, as an old saying goes: interest is the best teacher. Knowledge will be absorbed faster while people interest in it. In Switzerland, when student finish junior high school education, almost 70% of students choose vocational school by their individual interest. This education system can fully exert students' potential. And nearly all of the student can provide their special skill for the society.

However, not all students are satisfied to his specialty. With the progress of learning, students will find the beauty of the specialty and be fond of it gradually. A famous pianist in china, recently represent a conversation about his father and I retail below: I cannot have today's success without my father who made my life miserable in those practicing days. He punishes me with big stick when I made mistakes. I hate my father and the piano at those days which are the darkest days in my life. And now, I still hate my father but I have to thank him Because of he gave me the most incredible skill of the world. And now, I cannot live without the piano. I do not appreciate the punishment during the education, however, you have to admit that he change the attitude from hate into fondness during the education.

Even the society respects the difference among individual people. The common education is needed by Socialized people. Firstly, the progress of investigation depends on the communication among people. We cannot expect only one person can invent spaceship or decipher the code of gene of human being. Communication is needed by researchers. The communication of who bases on the same level of knowledge. Which means the common education require for the students.  Secondly, as we know, everyone have to depend on society, when people enjoy the material and mental life in the modern society, the home-made tools are decreasing rapidly. Almost everything which is needed in daily life comes from society. It means that the efficient of education cannot be judged by whether of which can meet the individual needs and interests of student. We should focus on whether Students can fit the needs of society through education and find a balance between society needs and individual interest.

In sum, it must be explained that these four reasons sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole, thus becoming more persuasive than anyone of them. So, any thinking person must believe that the individual education and common education are both needed in our society to make the grown progress of students truly effective.
