修订版:
This assertion is apparently too absolutely, because the relationship, between individual desires within education and the effectiveness of education, is considerable complexity. In other words, to satisfy individual’s needs and interests is the vital facet of the objective of education, while to assure most human beings’ opportunities of accessing education is the most significant expression of the effectiveness of education. For my part, therefore, we need to clear the relationship and try our best to keep them balance.
When it comes to the effectiveness of education, many people might have different comprehension [about what?]. At the same time, no one can deny the fact that ensuring the equal opportunity for per person to obtain education is the vital mission of social education. Say, the first task of education prefers to content common public education than to cater any individual. Moreover, education is correlation to the developmental level of economy. Consider, to United States, in which education has support of a strong economy, American education obviously is more effective than other countries due to that its citizens are easier accomplished their school works. On contrary, Africa, the continent that is struggling with poverty, is hard to establish sufficient amount of elementary schools. How should it to content its poor children’s interests and demands?
On the other, provided there is a mature condition, say, with enough funding and instructive resources, education is expected to improve individual full-blown. That demands educators should try theirbest to set the educatees’ mind free, in other word, to create more selective chances to satisfy students’desires of learning, just like modern universities’ works which usually designed of certain compulsory coursesas well as given some freedom of optional courses. For example, I major in computer science, but I selected an art course since painting is my favorite hobby. Wherever necessary, that any student like me showed an eager need for knowledge, then there is an obverse opening choice. Not only selective courses arbitrarily but major transfer freely is mirrors the objective of modern educational design, which enhanced its effectiveness in turn.
Finally, there is a correlation between contenting needs and interests of individual and improving effectiveness of education, educators had better keep their balance but not go to extremes. More often then not, educators, even society as a whole, should spare no effort on both the two aspects at the same time. For instance, in October 1989, an excellent endeavor—Hope Project—was founded in Beijing, China, intendingto aid the chanceless children who without schooling[dropouts]. Meanwhile, universities and colleges in China are undergoing series of reforms which aim to provide the maximum freedom to the young students. It isimpossible that education gives the absolute right for each student to only learns subjects he favorites, [.] the unique obligation of education is to provide a relative[-ly] free circumstance for progress.
To the end, nowadays, education is not capable of=be not able to] satisfy all needs and interests of individuals. Best of all, education could be[del]严重警告自己 keep a well balance between its effectiveness , which bringing[brings] providing fair shows to the public for its primary task, and its objective, which endeavoring[endeavors] to provide more freedom and to satisfy diverse learning demands of individuals.
